1、俄罗斯留学一年多少钱

学费

俄罗斯的学费是取决于具体的专业、学习时长和所在的大学。每个学校可能会有少许差别，但无论如何都要比欧美国家低。

而且为了鼓励优秀的国际学生，不少俄罗斯高校都会给学生提供学费折扣，区间大概从25%--100%不等。这也是一笔不小的优惠。

当前卢布汇率：【1元=12卢布】

本科生：

全日制本科学习的费用平均每年约为24万-26万卢布。最低费用是每年122,500卢布；最高费用是每年880,000卢布。

研究生：

全日制硕士学位的平均费用为每年26万-28万卢布。最低费用为每年147,000卢布；最高为每年460,000卢布。

住宿费

俄罗斯的学生住宿价格从每月500至35000卢布不等，差别还是非常大的。这个价格取决于你住在什么城市，什么区域、以及住宿的类型。

可以选择住在校内宿舍。俄罗斯大学一般都会配置学生宿舍，有基础的生活设施。学校宿舍条件不同，住宿费不同，一年的住宿费用大约是2000-8000元人民币/年。

也可以选择在校外租房。以莫斯科为例，一居室的公寓大约需要3000元/月。

日常开销

根据官方数据统计，如果在俄罗斯只购买最基本的食品，如面包、通心粉、肉、鱼、蔬菜、水果、牛奶、白糖等等，一个月费用为4209卢布。

消费水平的高低取决于所在地区，莫斯科和圣彼得堡是俄罗斯消费较高的两个城市。而且学校和外面餐厅的消费相差也是很大的，莫斯科餐馆一餐的平均价格为800-2000卢布，学校食堂的套餐价格则为270-420卢布，价格比较低。

学生在乘坐火车、公共汽车等交通工具时也有优惠，可享受正常价格的40%的折扣。莫斯科地铁票价为57卢布，60次地铁套票的价格为1970卢布。如使用学生交通折扣的话，在莫斯科一个月交通费用大概为405卢布。

2、俄罗斯留学是否要提前学语言

很多同学在筹备留学的时候，或多或少都咨询过其他国家的留学政策。一些欧美的大学需要雅思托福，所以不了解俄罗斯留学的同学，也经常问我们“俄罗斯留学需不需要雅思托福”，事实上，俄罗斯留学一般都不需要雅思托福，因为俄罗斯是俄语国家，教育项目都是俄语授课，对雅思托福没有要求。英文授课项目也可供选择，但是基本上也并非强制需要雅思托福成绩。

大部分留俄的学生，都是选择俄语授课的本科、研究生。如果不会俄语，就可以先申请某个大学的预科系，正常读完一年的预科都能顺利进入本科阶段、研究生阶段进行学习。

3、俄罗斯留学申请材料有哪些

俄罗斯留学申请材料简单，申请预科——需要护照、成绩单；申请本科——需要护照、毕业证、成绩单；申请硕士或博士——需要护照、毕业证、学位证、成绩单。
这些都是原始的材料，同学们还需要办理好每个文件的俄语翻译公证书（有的学校要求双认证书），一同上交到学校。对于来自中国的本科申请者，俄罗斯大学只需要大家提供会考成绩单就行（也叫做学业水平测试）。
